To make an appointment
Anyone can make appointment to see a Robe Family Practice doctor or nurse. It does not matter if you are a visitor, or if have a different regular Practice.
From now to Monday 2 March
You will need to call us on 08 7736 3606 and we will manually set up an appointment for you on your preferred day and time.
From Tuesday 3 March
- Call the Robe Family Practice on 08 7736 3606, or
- Book online via the Robe Family Practice online appointment book, or
- Drop in and talk to our friendly receptionists at 1 Smillie Street, Robe 5276
If you are able to, please fill out the Patient Registration / Change in Details form and bring it with you to your appointment – this form will make it quicker for us to add your essential information which is necessary to provide safe care to you.
If you would like to transfer your medical records
- Please complete the Transfer or Sharing of Medical Records form
- Drop your completed form into the secure sign-posted box in the Robe Council foyer, or after 3 March 2026, bring it into our Reception at 1 Smillie Street, Robe 5276.
Bulk Billing for All Eligible Services
You will always be bulk billed for:
- GP consultations
- Nurse appointments
- Phone consults
- Blood tests and results
- Procedures
Appointment lengths include 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or longer as required.
MyMedicare – What Is It?
MyMedicare is a new government program designed to strengthen patient care with their regular GP clinic.
Current Benefit
Additional funding supports very long phone consultations.
Optional Participation
Joining is encouraged but not required.
Our Promise
You receive the same care and bulk billing whether you join or not.
New GP Registrar joining July/August 2026
We want to provide genuine choice for you, a mix of doctor skills and continuity of doctors. To help deliver this, we are arranging for a female doctor (GP Registrar) to start at Robe Family Practice in the second half of 2026.
Blood Collection
Blood collection appointments are now available Robe Family Practice.
If you require blood tests, please call our reception team to book an appointment with our nurse. Please note the final blood collection appointment each day will be at 10.30am.

Joining Robe Family Practice & Transferring Medical Records
If you’d like to book an appointment with Robe Family Practice, you’ll need to complete a Patient Registration form. Forms are available anytime from reception, or you can arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill one out.
If you’d also like to transfer or share your medical records from another practice, please complete the Transfer or Sharing of Medical Records form, also available from reception at 1 Smillie Street, Robe.
Ear Syringing Now Available at Robe Family Practice
We’re pleased to let our patients know that ear syringing is now available for older children and adults. If you’d like to book an appointment, please schedule a 15-minute appointment with the doctor. To prepare for the procedure, use Waxsol or any vegetable oil in the affected ear(s) for three nights in a row prior to your appointment.

Chronic condition care plans are a great way to proactively manage health conditions you’ve had for more than six months. You can book a care plan appointment at any time. Our receptionist will first schedule you to see the nurse, followed by an appointment with the doctor.
